  • Brooke is a wonderful Doula. She was like another member of our family, and visited regularly after the birth of our second baby. She was incredibly helpful, and we all looked forward to her visits - especially our toddler! The postpartum period can be a challenging time, and on the days I knew Brooke was coming I could breathe more easily knowing help was on the way. Brooke is thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable in all things babies - she also great at entertaining toddlers!

  • We had an amazing experience with Brooke! She was an incredible support during our postpartum period, helping not only with the baby but also with meal preparation and caring for our other children. Her friendly and positive attitude made such a difference, and her wealth of knowledge was invaluable. She shared so many practical tips and advice that eased our transition into this new phase of life. We are so grateful for her care and highly recommend her to any family looking for a compassionate and skilled postpartum doula!

  • I highly recommend Brooke for post partum support. I felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment she stepped into our home. Brooke has a calm and caring demeanour about her. Having come from a large family, she's a natural at childcare. My newborn daughter warmed up to Brooke instantly, and when she would cry, Brooke was able to settle her when she would cry with patience and affection. By caring for my daughter.  Brooke allowed me to focus on self care and nutrition while I was in the early stages of postpartum.  Don't hesitate to hire Brooke, you won't regret it!

Feeding Support

Whether you’re breastfeeding/chestfeeding, bottle feeding, or a combination of both, it can be tricky to know if your little one is getting enough. We can support you in ensuring a good latch, introduce new feeding positions to try, and help troubleshoot issues you might be having. We can teach you how to know if your baby is getting enough to grow and thrive.

Support and Education

So many changes happen in your body and in your household in the days and weeks after birth. We can provide emotional support and encouragement during this time of transition, as well as provide education about the changes you can expect and different tools you might use to support you. You shouldn’t have to go through these big changes alone.

Household Help

The adjustment to having your new baby at home is huge. Between feeding, diapers, being awake half the night, and taking care of your self, it’s easy for other chores to take the backseat. Let us get some of those extra things off your plate. We can do some cleaning and cooking, watch the baby for you if you need a nap or a shower. We can step in, as you need us, to take some of the pressure off you.
