Fertility Doula Support
Whether you’re trying to conceive, prevent a pregnancy, or troubleshoot your menstrual health, we are here to support you every step of the way.
Access to thorough reproductive health care that meets your unique needs is an essential human right. We believe that knowledge about your body and your options for conception and contraception can empower you to take your life into your own hands. We provide a compassionate, judgment-free, and knowledgeable space to help you navigate whatever reproductive health challenges are coming up for you.
Cycle Charting for Health
The importance of reproductive health care for people with wombs is too often minimized or dismissed. Period pain, heavy bleeds, missed cycles, and ovulation difficulties are framed as ‘normal’ when they can be a signal of important health issues in need of care and attention. Regardless of your plans to reproduce, your menstrual health is important, and we can help support it. We offer comprehensive menstrual cycle charting support to help you troubleshoot cycle difficulties and collaborate effectively with your care providers so that you can feel your best.
Preventing a Pregnancy
We get it – parenthood is no joke. It’s not for everyone or, perhaps, it’s just not for you at this particular moment in your life. We can help you to explore your options for contraception if having a baby (or another baby) isn’t on your agenda right now. We provide comprehensive menstrual cycle charting geared toward pregnancy prevention for folks wanting to use natural contraceptive methods, and we also offer hourly consultations to explore your options non-natural contraceptive methods (such as hormonal contraceptives, barrier methods, and more). We believe you have the right to choose whatever contraception is the right fit for you, and that starts with being informed about your options and supported to put yourself first.
Preconception Support
Planning to conceive a child is a critically important time in many people’s lives. For some, pregnancy comes easily, whereas for others, it can take more concentrated effort and support. Whether you’re in the early planning stages and looking for fertile lifestyle and natural fertility support or whether you’ve been trying for some time and are needing more targeted informational and emotional support, we’ve got your back.
We offer comprehensive cycle charting packages for people wanting to learn more about their fertile window or troubleshooting menstrual cycle issues that are getting in the way of their conception goals. We also offer hourly support packages and special monthly support packages for families pursuing assisted reproductive technologies (such as IUI or IVF) to conceive.

A three-cycle package includes an introductory education session, where we cover the need-to-know information to help you get started with tracking your cycle, and three (3) monthly check-ins to review your cycle charts together and discuss how we can use this information to help you meet your specific goals. The initial education session costs $75 and subsequent cycle chart review sessions cost $65 each.
Fertility Office Hours
Fertility Office Hours can be booked on an hourly basis ($40/hour). During this time, we can discuss your options for contraception, preconception planning, lifestyle support, assisted reproduction, and more. We also provide dedicated emotional support and spiritual witnessing for the challenges that come up during your reproductive wellness journey. Office hours are a time for us to really get to the heart of whatever feels most important for you right now.
ART Monthly Support Packages
Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) Monthly Support Packages are also available for people who are using medical assistance to conceive. We understand that medically assisted cycles are both physically and emotionally demanding for families struggling to conceive. Our support packages include: ongoing text, phone, and email support; weekly 1-hour check-ins; and a debrief session after a medical procedure (ex: after an egg-retrieval or embryo transfer).
